The secret inspiration for the Delicious series.

The Delicious Collection is one of the most playful and emotionally nostalgic collections I have created. Inspired in part by the Matt Nathanson song Faster, the collection captures the sweetness and intensity of summer memories that seem to linger long after the season has passed.
These pieces are filled with saturated color, warmth, texture, and emotion. They evoke fruit ripening on the vine, melting popsicles, strawberry wine, sun-warmed skin, music drifting through open windows, and those fleeting summer nights that somehow feel endless while they are happening.
Although much of my work often explores travel, culture, and layered personal history, Delicious leans into a different kind of storytelling. It is less about place and more about feeling. Memory, desire, youth, joy, longing, and the sensory fragments that stay with us for years.
At its heart, the collection is about nostalgia in its purest form. The moments that are messy, beautiful, fleeting, and impossible to fully hold onto, except through art.
